If not now, when? - Imma Papicchio
Imma Papicchio is a 21 years old Italian graphic design student.
Her first real approach to photography was in 2016.
Imma defines herself as a highly emotional person, and photography is her way to express herself and also gives her more confidence.
“Photography lets me establish a relationship with others so that they can feel more comfortable with me, and I consider this essential to the entire process. I love portrait photography and details, street photography, desaturated and complementary colours.
My submission consists in the last project that I worked on, which is a project I really care about. Everything revolves around the theme of sustainability. I have collaborated with 1sal1, which deals with vintage and second-hand items.”
What being featured means to Imma Papicchio:
“For me, being featured is a demonstration of the power of the journey I started with myself and the greatness of the struggles that I encountered along the way. I never thought I would be able to expose my feelings to new people in this amazing way.”
