This week I have the pleasure of showcasing the work of Narciso (Diego Cassini): one of my favourite artists, and friend.

Born the 10th of December 1991, Diego Cassini aka Narciso has had a passion for drawing since his childhood.

He graduates from the program of Foreign Languages in Nice, France, where he studies Chinese, and discovers the art of Chinese calligraphy.

Right after university Narciso decides to improve his drawing technique by developing his style in hyper-realism, adding Chinese poems written by him on some of his drawings. In 2016 he wins an exhibition-award in Florence, and in 2018 he begins to work as a tattoo artist in Liguria, Italy.

What he says about his work: "My Drawings are made using only graphite pencils and no charcoal, generally on 50x70 cm paper. To make this kind of drawing it takes me a long time, often even more than a month."

What does being feature means to Diego: "being featured would represent the privilege of collaborating with one of my favourite artists and wonderful person."
