Ana Paula Pereira

Ana Paula Pereira is an artist from Uruguay that started getting into photography not long ago. She originally started to photograph her make up looks, then the passion became much deeper, and became a way of self-discovery and just awoke her creative self that was still asleep. As she has a degree in engineering, her artistic side was kind of waiting to be completely awaken.

What Ana says about Photography:

“Photography for me has been a process, I'm still trying to figure out what I'm looking for, but I'm trying to go further with what lies on the surface, or what is obvious about people, their feelings and stories, trying to bring something for the one that is looking at the photo and the one being photographed, maybe a lost memory or a familiar feeling....something that you can feel as your own in some way.”

What being featured mean to Ana:

“Being feature to me is such an honor in every way, knowing that what you do from the deepest side of your soul is valued or can be inspiring for someone else is something to feel grateful about.”
