Claire Son

This week we’re going to take a look at Claire Son’s work, a photographer based in California. 

 Here is her latest project, an intense and romanticized look at life from future to past: 

 “This concept was made after I processed and reflected on my experience of 2020, around the first week of February. I am an innately future-oriented person (ENFP lol), so being stuck at home the same way I was in high school forced me to change the way I romanticize about my own life— from future to past. I started to get stuck in my head about memories, which isn’t horrible, but dwelling in the past because you can't imagine your future anymore is depressing. Life was stuck in medias res for everybody.”
